Alexandra-H.C.I.M.A-has been resident on the Costa Del Sol for over 20 years during which time she has built up a respected reputation as carer to numerous long term clients but also as a world class(or first class) caterer. Her love of cooking was inspired by her mother who had her own catering business. Alex began her catering career back in the U.K at the age of 15 whilst still studying,doing her first job for a christening party of 40 people. It was a great success and so Alexandra Catering was hatched.
Her love of cooking,creating and eating different cuisine has made for menus offering a wide range of flavours and styles. From the classic prawn cocktail to South American ”Colombo Curry”, the world is your oyster, canapé or butternut squash!
