Villa Dona Susan
Chris and Susan purchased Villa Dona Susan in 2000.The sole purpose was to provide a holiday home which would cater for Susan’s’ disability. She had suffered with MS since 1978. Gradually the disease forced Susan to use a wheelchair which greatly reduced her options with regard to holidays hence the purchase of the villa.
Over a period of time alterations were made to completely adapt the villa to fully accommodate Susan’s needs. This together with the care offered by Denise, Suzy and Alex, provided an ideal home in which Susan could be comfortable. Even the transportation side catered for her requirements.
Unfortunately, on the 21st July Susan passed away. In memory of her courage, fortitude and good times spent on holiday we have re-named the Villa Dona Susan from Villa Dona Barbara.
Hopefully this will be able to provide the same comforts that Susan enjoyed on to other disabled people.
